These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NurtureEase apps and website, operated by NEXLO Negócios Digitais LTDA ("NEXLO", "we"), CNPJ 61.411.758/0001-07. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Not a substitute for medical care
NurtureEase apps provide educational tools and structured daily protocols to support your health goals. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions (Starter, Complete, Family) renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel from your account settings.
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to reverse-engineer our software, or share your account with people outside your registered household plan. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Limitation of liability
NurtureEase is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXLO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian law.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
